Before You Start - What You'll Need

👤 Required Contact Information:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Phone number

🏠 Required Property Information:

• Full property address including postcode
• Property type (detached, semi-detached, terraced, bungalow, etc.)
• Roof type (pitched tile, flat, slate, etc.)
• Property ownership status

📸 Required Photos (Mandatory):

• Satellite/Aerial View - screenshot from Google Earth or Google Maps showing your property from above
• Consumer Unit (fuse board) - clear photo showing all switches and labels
• Main Fuse - photo of main fuse and electricity meter (usually in meter cupboard)

⚡ Existing Solar/Battery Details (Required if adding to existing systems):

• Inverter brand, size, and installation date (required when adding battery to solar system)
• Battery brand, capacity, and installation date (required when adding more batteries)
• Any issues or concerns with your current system (optional)

📷 Optional Photos/Videos:

• Property photos, roof views, or any special installation areas
• Videos showing property layout or specific concerns

• Photos should be JPG or PNG, up to 10MB each
• Videos can be MP4 or MOV, up to 50MB each
• Your progress is automatically saved - you can return anytime
• The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes
